If i analyze a directory folder through Beatunes that shows bpm, timbre, mood etc... will these data automatically be saved into files metadata or tags-meaning if i use it on other systems like iTunes or pc or whatever or such data are only visible if i look at the files through Beatunes

When using a folder-based library, beaTunes always saves analysis results in the files, so that they are available in third party apps. However, most of these analysis results are non-standard, i.e. third party apps do not know how to display them. An exception to this are BPM and key (DJ apps support key, iTunes does not).
