Updating meta data hangs beaTunes

Hi

I am using the latest release of BT on Mac OSX Snow Leopard 10.6.3.

I have my iTunes library on a NAS with a dual channel Gigabit network connection so it is pretty fast. The library has about 12k songs in it (about 180Gb)

Whenever I do an inspection of my library and then attempt to correct the items shown, if I select more than one tune at time BT just sits there saying updating and never comes back. If I do one tune at a time (which would take forever to correct all the issues found) it seems to do the update fine.

Please can you help as I bought BT with the object of tidying up my library.

   Hi,

   Even though your network setup sounds promising, the fact that is
   still a NAS is not ideal. But in ant case, it shouldn't hang.
   But without logs there is little I can say. Any chance you can
   reproduce the problem and send me a fresh set of logs? How to get the
   logs is described in the FAQ of this forum.

   Since I'm on vacation, I probably won't be able to look at the problem
   right away.
