Not always saving Replay Gain tags
1. If you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, please attach the log file 'beaTunes-logs-2026-07-03-115423.zip' by dragging it from your desktop onto the 'Attach File' button below.
2. After running an analysis on many tracks with only Audio Normalization checked, some files got the REPLAYGAIN tags saved to them but others not. The gain adjustment shows in the beaTunes "Get Info" but the tags weren't written. This happened for different file types from different sources. I discovered that the "Replace Existing Replay Gain" checkbox needs to be checked for those tags to be reliably saved to the files, even files where no such tags already existed. I didn't do the debugging to figure out which other tags were preventing it. I got it to work for me, but I thought I'd report the bug or need for additional explanation.

I believe this issue may be fixed in v6 EA 5 (https://blog.beatunes.com/2026/07/early-access-beatunes-6-ea-5.html).
