Delete Account: Deletion Failed

Dear tagtraum support team,

I requested to delete my account and received an email with a deletion link. However, when I click the link (within just a few minutes of receiving it), I get the following message:
Delete Account: Deletion Failed
We were unable to delete your account, most likely, because the deletion link expired.

I tried several times within about 7 minutes after receiving the email, but the same error appears every time. It seems the deletion link may not be working correctly.
Could you please help me delete my account manually or provide a new working link?

    Hey Marc,

    sure. I assume the system does not like the + in our email address.
    I have deleted your account manually.
