Hello,

I had recently rediscovered that I had purchased a license linked to this email some years ago. Upon downloading the program and entering the data required to use beaTunes, an error appeared, saying that the license is not valid.

Help!

Is the key for the same version of the software as the software version you‘ve downloaded?

Key for version 1-5 do not expire. It’s more likely there is a typo.
