your site can't find my email address even though i am a past customer

i purchased beatunes in the past using my email - [email blocked] - but it doesn't find it. can you confirm you have a record of my past purchase and tell me how much an upgrade is please?

    you still have a valid beaTunes 5 license registered to your email address.
