I have Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.1. Every since I upgrades to Mac OS Sequoia, BeaTunes 5.2.35 stop working. Does anyone know if the developer for BeaTunes is going to fix the problem ? BeaTunes is an excellent program and it helps me to incorporate mixing songs in my music library. I've been waiting for a while to see whether BeaTunes will work or come out with an upgrade. This is an open discussion for anyone that can help. Do I need to purchase a new license in order for the program to work because I will if that's going to fix the issue

I’ve reached out several times about the BeaTunes having problems. Before Sequoia the OS system was Sonoma and the Beauties program worked flawless. Now that I have Sequoia, when I launch BeaTunes, the program isn’t analyzing the new songs in my library. Yesterday,I uninstalled BeaTunes and reinstalled it but still having the same issues that BeaTunes isn’t analyzing newley added songs. Tell me what I need to do to get it working

Is beaTunes not recognizing that there are new songs or does the analysis itself fail somehow?

Did you try to manually trigger synchronization after you've added a new song (via File -> Synchronize)?

I'm guessing here that you are using a Music.app-based library. Should that not be the case, please let me know.

Ok - so when you add a song to Music.app, then start beaTunes and synchronize via the file menu, does beaTunes recognize the newly added track? And offer analysis?

If not, can you find the newly added track in beaTunes? I.e., has it been added to the beaTunes collection? If not, are there any error messages?

and depending how many new songs, BeaTunes would post a message top right do I want to analyze and I would click on it and it would analyze the songs and put the  BPM’s to the songs

and depending how many new songs, BeaTunes would post a message top right do I want to analyze and I would click on it and it would analyze the songs and put the BPM’s to the songs

This looks like half the sentence is missing. Down below is a link to the web interface to this discussion (that’s what I see). Could you please use that interface? Apparently, when using email, your messages get scrambled.

No when I launch BeaTunes, it doesn’t recognize newly added songs and it doesn’t offer analysis. I can’t find newly added tracks in BeaTunes either. No there are no error messages. When working properly, BeaTunes will synchronize then the message to analyze the newly added songs.

OK. Can you please go to File and click on Synchronize? If asked, whether you want to force synchronization, please say yes.

If this does not make a difference, please upload your logs right after you have tried this, by going to beaTunes' Help menu and selecting Upload Logs.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure what you have just sent - the email interface seems to be broken, currently. Please use the web-based interface to this discussion.

Sent from my iPhone. I believe the BeaTunes program is working. I’m using my MacBook Pro laptop. I’ll see what happens when I use my iMac desktop

I’m not home but I’m using my MacBook Pro laptop. I opened BeaTunes and it’s synchronizing my music library now. There was a message when I opened BeaTunes right hand side saying it hasn’t synchronized in 45 days. So far it’s been synchronizing about 10 minutes

If that happens again, please upload your logs right afterwards (via Help -> Upload Logs from within the app), then let me know!

    Thanks.

Yesterday I got the BeaTunes working correctly on my MacBook Pro. My MacBook Pro will sync with my desktop iMac and sync the information to my desktop iMac. I’m having a problem using the BeaTunes app on my desktop iMac. It’s not recognizing newly add songs. I tried forcing the synchronization and I get an error message. Sending you images and maybe you can tell me what to do.

    Hi,

Sorry for the late reply: Did following the advice of the error message help? That is: wait a little and try again to sync? If not, and you see that error message again, please upload your logs from within the app using Help -> Upload Logs and let me know right afterwards. Perhaps there's something in the logs that helps fix this.

    Thanks
