Does the current windows version work with the Itunes from the appstore?

I saw a thread from back in 2019..does it work now? Apple has no clue how to fix my synching issue so I am trying to see if their version from their app store solves my iphone..issue.
Am I able to run two iTunes apps on my pc at the same time? well not on at the same time of course..

   No. The current beaTunes does not work well with the iTunes version from the Windows App Store. This is because it is sandboxed and COM communication does not seem to be enabled.

   It works with iTunes from the Apple website, not with the version from the Windows app store.
