When I sync with Itunes folder I am always getting 3 Download folders showing up

In BeaTunes under playlist I can see all my playlists but for some reason whenever I sync with iTunes I get 3 folders at the bottom that say downloaded. 1 is a folder is of everything in my library and the other 2 are just blank. I delete them and they just show up on the next sync. If I go into Itunes I do not even see a downloaded folder listed so I am really not sure where these are coming from. Any Ideas?

    This is coming from Apple's iTunes/Music API. For the moment, the best advice I can give is to ignore them.
