I have an account under [email blocked]. That email address is no longer active...i need to retreive my license - please can you send to [email blocked].
PS. i created a ticket earlier but then realised i used my old email address for contact. Please use [email blocked]

I have updated the email address on that account, which means you can retrieve licenses with your new address.
Please note that should you need to enter the (current) license, you must still enter the old address, exactly as it is shown in the license email.
