I have a Itunes library containing 14600 songs and have recently purchased Bea Tunes Software. Approximately 5000 songs did not analyse and i dont know how to troubleshoot this issue. I would appreciate any support you could provide me with the above related issue.

Did beaTunes show any error message in the analysis pane?
Are the tracks in any way special?
