<p>But does the synchronization actually succeed? Can you please run <code>File</code> -> <code>Synchronize</code>. If it encounters an error, it should tell you.</p>
<p>Also, after you did that, could you please upload your logs via <code>Help</code> -> <code>Upload Logs</code>?</p>

I kept having problems, so I completely removed beaTunes from my system and then did an install of 5.2.6 and everything as been working perfectly. I have not tried to install 5.2.7 yet. I may hold off on that for awhile.<br>
I accidentally just sent you the logs. I was just trying to find what the logs looked like and when I clicked on upload logs -- the program just uploaded them.. There should be nothing wrong in the logs you receive.<br>
I'll let you know if I have any problem when I try to update to 5.2.7.<br>
