<p>it seems that beaTunes cannot access iTunes' COM interface. This means that iTunes is not installed correctly or the order in which both programs were started was wrong.</p>
<p>Please try to restart your computer and then start beaTunes. Does the problem go away?</p>
<p>If not, please re-install iTunes and then restart your computer.</p>

<p>i haven't installed a new version of itunes , itunes & beatunes worked fine<br>
together since thos days</p>
