    Hi,

it seems that beaTunes cannot access iTunes' COM interface. This means that iTunes is not installed correctly or the order in which both programs were started was wrong.

Please try to restart your computer and then start beaTunes. Does the problem go away?

If not, please re-install iTunes and then restart your computer.

    Thanks,

    -hendrik
