Error Message

I received the error message shown in the attached screen shot. I just downloaded the free trial and this message came up during the initial scan. I am running macOS Mojave version 10.14.

    can you please upload your logs? You can do so via Help -> Upload Logs from within the application.

    What happens when you select File -> Synchronize? Does the message appear again?

    Something goes wrong when parsing /Users/jamesallie/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music Library.xml — for some reason you seem to have a playlist with a Null name. Any chance you could send me that file? I'd love to take a look at it. Please compress before sending.

    Can you please stop beaTunes and then download and install https://www.beatunes.com/download/beaTunes-5-1-12-SNAPSHOT.dmg It should work around the issue.
