first of all, lets just make sure we are on the same page. In beaTunes you can "apply" and "commit" solutions. "apply" just moves what you want beaTunes to do into the "Pending Solutions" pane. "commit" actually runs the solutions and changes things in your library. For a detailed explanation see also https://blog.beatunes.com/2015/02/improving-tags-through-inspection...
Have you "applied" or "committed"?
After you have committed solutions, the same issue will not appear again. However, it is entirely possible that a new issue has been created by committing a solution. You can find these issues by re- running the inspection. However, there are two things to keep in mind:
Never run "Refresh" before you committed. It makes no sense, because whatever is in your pending solutions list, is not taken into account.
Reported issues are just potential problems. It's up to you to decide whether you actually want to fix them. So a solution may lead to another issue, that's not really an issue to you.
Hope this helps!
also you should have a number to call or live chat - email is very slow!
Many people don't realize: tagtraum industries is a one man show. Providing live support is not feasible for the current price of the software (and keeping my sanity). I guess I could increase the price substantially to hire someone to provide what you ask for, but then again I'm sure folks wouldn't like that either.
