Everything had been working ok, but i just upgraded to the latest version, and now these:

Fatal Error:
org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Unable to acquire JDBC Connection.

Then when I restarted, it tried to repair my database, and now I get this:
Fatal Error:
Database repair failed:
Unique index or primary key violationL
"Primary_KEY_4 ON PUBLIC.SONGS(ID) VALUES (/* 4835 */ -9089281159947931888 )"; SQL statement:

Would you like to re-build beaTunes' internal database from your auddio files?

I havent done anything at this point, as I really dont want to rebuild the database if possible. Any ideas?

Unfortunately, rebuilding is the only sane option when the primary index is broken.

So it looks like I lost all my data? Everything I had corrected, all the mood, instrumentation, color, key, genre, etc?
I thought it actually wrote the info to the songs?

beaTunes writes all that info into the audio files, if you check the box "embed non-iTunes fields" in the general preferences before analysis. If that box is not checked, beaTunes tells iTunes about all changes that iTunes can handle (e.g. genre, name, album, ...), and stores all other info (like key, mood, etc.) only in its internal database.
