I am trying to use the trial version. I downloaded and installed, but it simply doesnt work. Each time I launch I get this error after about 1 minute. (I am using a MAC). Whats wrong??

have you had another version of beaTunes installed before?
Can you please send your logs (see http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-...)?

No other Beattunes. Version is whatever was downloadable from your website yesterday. I’ll wind the log..
My Mac is on high sierra

that's odd. beaTunes fails in the attempt to migrate one of its databases, which it should never do, if you have never run beaTunes before.
In any case. Please simply delete the current beaTunes database by deleting the folder /Users/robinellis/Library/Application Support/beaTunes/Database.
Then try to start beaTunes again.
