Database doesn't load

I have tried to connect to Amazon and Beatport databases but Amazon doesn't seem to load and Beatport doesn't pop up at all (I have checked the box in the options menu). I will attach the screenshot of my "charts".

I thought it was something to do with my internet but I waited for half an hour and nothing popped up.

Please let me know if any other info is necessary.

    Which Amazon store are you using? Have you tried using another one?

    Yes but Beatport doesn't appear either, it doesn't ask for a login or
    anything at all.

    Do you perhaps have a firewall running that blocks beaTunes from communicating with Amazon or BeatPort?

    Yes I had one and I allowed it when the window popped up after the
    installation.

    Please upload your logs via Help -> Upload Logs. Perhaps there is a decent error message in the logs. But my guess is really that your OS blocks network connections.

    I just uploaded the logs. Will check the firewall again.

    It's a setting in the general preferences.

    If you mean in BeaTunes it doesn't even appear.

    Hm. Any chance your system clock is off? Is it significantly different from the time shown on https://www.worldtimeserver.com ?

    Background: Amazon requires all requests to be timestamped and signed. If your clock is too far in the past or the future, requests may be rejected.

    Yes, that worked. Apparently, it wasn't properly synched.
