Using BeaTunes

Every time I try to open beaTunes it opens as if its the first time. It never actually does anything. Either get it to work or refund my money.

    Hey Troy,

    Every time I try to open beaTunes it opens as if its the first time. It never actually does anything.

    What does that mean? Can you describe what happens?

    If possible, please send your log files (see here for details).

    Are you trying to use beaTunes with iTunes? If so, does iTunes start properly when you start beaTunes (it should).

    For a while, it worked. Then iTunes updated and beaTunes updated and from then on every time I would try to open beaTunes it was as if I was installing it for the first time. It says it has detected an older version and needs to replace it.  I have from 5.0.4.i586 thru 5.0.6.i586 32-Bit versions. My current iTunes version is 12.7.2.58 32-Bit. I can't open beaTunes so I cannot open the Help tab and download the logs.
    Any suggestions?

    Sorry, I left out that I have Windows 10 Home Version 1709, OS Build 16299.125, 32 Bit OS - x64 Based Processor.

    This sounds like you're starting the installer again and again, not the software. Check your start menu for beaTunes5—that's the program you want to start. Not something ending in i586 or x64. Those latter files are the installer, not the program.
