Purchased license key does not work for beatunes3 on the Mac in my music studio

Dear beatunes support,
I have purchased recently a license for beatunes. However, that license (see e-mail) does not work on my main Mac in my music studio where I have the large iTunes library. I need a license for the latest beatunes running still under Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard), I believe this is beatunes3, since I must not not destroy the system in my music studio by an upgrade to a later OS X. Please give me a license for beatunes3 instead or then I would have to ask for a refund, which I hope is not the case, since beatunes worked excellently during my trial on that Mac.

Dear beaTunes support,
This is a quick update on the issue I encountered for which I believe I need your help:
a) I just purchase a license for beaTunes5 (S53D-L7Q5-AERX-VYYS)
b) I am running in my music studio a Mac running under Mac OS X 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) and that Mac needs to continue running under this system
c) The just purchased license key does not work with beaTunes3 (exact version attached)
d) That music studio Mac hosts my huge library for which I have purchased beaTunes (iTunes 11.4 (18) )
e) It does not make sense to move my iTunes library somewhere else, given the workflows in my music studio. Thus beaTunes has to run on that Mac.
All my systems are well and carefully maintained.
Please help me to get either a license for the beaTunes3, which runs fine in trial mode and does all what I need. That’s why I wanted to purchase it. I like to pay for good software, so that developers continue to maintain and develop good software. However, the software has of course to work.
Alternatively, if you can’t me provide with a license key for beaTunes3 I ask for a refund. I hope you understand that I need beaTunes only for my huge iTunes library. On all other Macs I can easily do all what I need with AppleScripts or manually.

Hallo Andreas,
ich habe Dir gerade mal einen beaTunes 3 Lizenz geschickt. Damit sollte es dann klappen. Bitte hab Verständnis dafür, dass ich keinen aktiven v3 Support mehr leiste.

Absolut kein Problem. v3 leistet was ich will sehr zuverlässig, was für mich bestens reicht. Ich denke nicht, dass ich weiteren Support brauchen werde und ansonsten, dann halt.
