iTunes Playback???

1. If you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, please attach the log file 'beaTunes-logs-2017-09-14-174326.zip' by dragging it from your desktop onto the 'Attach File' button below.

2.I use beaTunes daily in conjunction with iTunes and Speed-Up, but after upgrading beaTunes 4 to beaTunes 5, I can't figure out how to make beaTunes play through iTunes any more - this is a HUGE PROBLEM for me as I need the audio to run through iTunes so that Speed=Up is able to function. Please let me know how to restore my iTunes Playback preference for beaTunes!

    does this have to do with the inability to playback throuh iTunes???

    Nothing. But I'm under the impression you are using a pirated license/copy of beaTunes. Please prove me wrong.

    Can you please send a screenshot of beaTunes' About dialog?

    I'm more than happy to provide support to beaTunes customers. Every now and then I ask them to show that they have actually purchased a license. This is one of those cases. Really all I'm asking is proof of purchase. To illustrate, I've attached a sample screenshot. Your license name and email will allow me to look you up in the customer database.

    Alternatively, please state your username and the email address beaTunes was registered under. It's in your license email. If you can't find that email, you can have it re-sent to you via this form: https://www.beatunes.com/en/recoverkey.html

    Not sure where you got a copy of beaTunes 4 from that shows such an About dialog. The official version shows the attached About dialog.

    It's available at https://www.beatunes.com/download/beaTunes-4-6-6.dmg

    That aside, we were talking about version 5.

    Just search the knowledge base for "downgrading from beaTunes 5 to 4".

    If you want further support, please prove that you've bought a license.
