1. If you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, please attach the log file 'beaTunes-logs-2017-07-11-145547.zip' by dragging it from your desktop onto the 'Attach File' button below.
A. I can't send log because there is no 'Application Support' folder

2. first time multiple playlist dissappeared after using "Tap Beat", occurred Sunday evening finally getting my girlfriend into DJing / Gig Prep. Second time multiple playlist dissappeared after using "Tap Beat", occurred just now. Unfortunately I did not take a screen shot of playlist created but we just started over. Fortunately I took a photo of the work I've done today. But still have to start over again.
Also, after Right clicking on a song to create "New playlist from playlist" results in a "NULL Exemption Dialogue pop up. Drop down menu method works fine.

    Hey David,

please update to the latest version, i.e. 5.0.2.
If the problem still occurs (the NullPointerException), please upload your logs via Help -> Upload logs and let me know.

I may not react right away, but would love to fix this, if it is reproducible in the latest version.

    Thanks!
