Any chance iTunes was showing a dialog?

Please

close beaTunes

start iTunes

make sure any iTunes dialogs are answered and then closed

start beaTunes

Does it work now?

Cheers,

I just did that and apparently it seems to work now... I'll let you know if something doesn't work.
Thanks for your quick help.

brunogervais01tag:help.beatunes.com,2009-07-24:Comment/422656082017-03-30T13:47:14Z2017-03-30T13:47:14Zfatal error

No problem.

In essence, beaTunes cannot work, if an iTunes dialog is open, as iTunes then does not react to AppleScript (or COM in the case of Windows) anymore...

Cheers,
