Hi,
I get this message when trying to open the app:
A fatal error occurred during initialization: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.util.concurrent.TimeoutException For help, please contact beaTunes support at http://help.beatunes.com/ Make sure to state which operating system (Windows, macOS, …) and version of beaTunes you are using and attach a zip archive of all files from /Users/diegoolave/Library/Logs/beaTunes if possible.

    Hey Bruno,

Any chance iTunes was showing a dialog?

    Please

    • close beaTunes
    • start iTunes
    • make sure any iTunes dialogs are answered and then closed
    • start beaTunes

    Does it work now?

    Cheers,

    -hendrik

    Hi,
I just did that and apparently it seems to work now... I'll let you know if something doesn't work.
    Thanks for your quick help.

    No problem.

In essence, beaTunes cannot work, if an iTunes dialog is open, as iTunes then does not react to AppleScript (or COM in the case of Windows) anymore...

    Cheers,
