<p>This <em>is</em> the support! :-)</p>
<p>Most likely you are using another Java-based software that is
misbehaving. It has placed some <code>sl4j</code> jars in your
extension folders and those jars are either older or younger than
the ones that come with beaTunes, but in any case incompatible.</p>
<p>Please check the following folders:</p>
<ul>
<li><code>/Users/USERNAME/Library/Java/Extensions</code></li>
<li><code>/Library/Java/Extensions</code></li>
<li><code>/Network/Library/Java/Extensions</code></li>
<li><code>/System/Library/Java/Extensions</code></li>
<li><code>/usr/lib/java</code></li>
</ul>
<p>If there is something named <code>sl4j</code> or similar, move
it somewhere else. Most likely beaTunes will work then (... but
whatever software placed the <code>sl4j</code> there might not
anymore).</p>
