beyond frustrated. this really Sucks , so much waste time to get it

<p>please make sure that iTunes does not have any dialog open.</p>
<p>If that does not solve the issue, please send your logs.</p>
<p>To do so, please follow these steps:</p>
<ol>
<li>Start the application Terminal (it's in
<code>/Applications/Utilities</code>)<br></li>
<li>Type in<br>
<code>zip -rj Desktop/beaTunesLogs.zip
Library/Logs/beaTunes/</code></li>
<li>Hit the Enter key</li>
</ol>
<p>The logs are now in the file <code>beaTunesLogs.zip</code> on
your desktop.</p>
