I've been using beatunes for about 6 months. I have well over 100,000 songs so it has been analysing the whole time. I've had to shut it down on the odd occasion. This time, when I closed and when I reopenned, the program shows only the icon down on the task bar and will not expand to allow me to run the program. Anybody know what happened and how to fix it, so it will expand and open on the screen so that I can operate the program. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, shut down and restarted each time. My OS is Windows 8.1

I seem to have an issue sending emails at this time. I hope that sending these files via this route is helpful

    Hey Doug,

thanks for the logs. It looks like beaTunes is starting just fine. Can you please try the advice given in:

    http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/on-windows-the-beatunes...

    Does that help?
Also, do you occasionally use multiple monitors?

    Thanks,

    -hendrik

Your solution worked like magic. Thank you, all is working great. And by the way, yes, I do use a second monitor on occasion

    Cool.

And by the way, yes, I do use a second monitor on occasion

beaTunes remembers the position of its window. This position may be on the second monitor. Then, when only one monitor is attached, the window isn't visible... This needs to be fixed in beaTunes (probably in v4.5.9).

    Cheers,
