Are items moved to the trash upon deletion? [was: The normal curve and music]

When the application offers to delete duplicates will it move them to the trash or simply delete them from the disk? If there is an option to delete or 'move to trash' where is it?

    It will attempt to move items to the trash.
    This may not be possible in some cases, then the items will be deleted.

    Hey Douglas,

    it just came to my attention that there is a bug in 4.0.11 possibly sending the wrong files to the trash.

    The issue should be fixed in the current dev snapshot at https://www.beatunes.com/download/beaTunes-4-0-12-SNAPSHOT-osx.dmg and in the soon following official release 4.0.12.
