Trial version. Error - not connecting with itunes server or something like that. What can I do?

   Hi Kathy,

   without more information I unfortunately can't really help you.

   But to take a wild guess:

   beaTunes has trouble communicating with iTunes.
   Most of the time, this problem can be solved by restarting the computer (yes, sounds silly, but often works). If this does not do it, the next best thing is re-installing iTunes from http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
