    Hi Kirsty,

there was a problem with the server yesterday, which should be solved by now.
Do you still see the issue?

hi when I get a message back from analysing my songs it says (not yet in the database)
does this mean no action will be taken until the song is familiar in your database

It means that beaTunes couldn't find any data about the song in its database. As a result some tasks (like meta data import) cannot work.
However, most other tasks, like BPM, key, etc. still work, as the values can be computed locally.
