Serious Error during Analysis

I have gotten the following message twice and cannot get beatunes to resume the analysis.

"Serious error has occurred during analysis. Please contact beaTunes support and mention this message.
java.lang.ClassFormatError.Interface name has bad constant pool index 18025 in class file org/jaudiotagger/tag/datatype/NumberFixedLength
http://www.beatunes.com/"

What do I do?

    Hi Andrew,

    which version of beaTuens are you using on what operating system (win/mac)? Have you recently updated?
