Hi, i've recently purchased your software to obtain bpm of my itunes library. I'm disappointed with the results as some of my songs show the incorrect bpm and i have to manually fix them. Am i doing something wrong or is the software not as good as it claims?

if you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, you might want to attach log files from /Users/jamescooper/Library/Logs/beaTunes

   Hi James,

   BPM detection does not always work - most often you will encounter octave errors, i.e. that the real BPM is double or halve of what has been detected.

   Hi Hendrik, ok, so this software isn't particularly very good, specially as the software cost 30 or so dollars!I had to manually input the right bpm for all the tracks it got wrong. I have over 800 songs and this took some time.James

   Hi hendrik, yes all I wanted it for was to create play lists from bpm as I'm a Dj.
   Look, I'm an honest person, out of the 800 tracks 3/4 were calculated correctly However the rest I had to change/calculate my self manually! I don't expect a full refund but maybe part refund would be fair!?
