It's just not working anymore

Hi
I had a fatal error during initialization. org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: Connot open connection
Running OSX 10.7.4
and still there are no Log files written - Log directory empty
I tried to re-install beatunes, no success.
Thanks for the help

    Hi Christian,

    sorry for the late replay - I was on vacation.

    Oftentimes when there does not seem to be a log, users look into the wrong directory.
    As http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-... states, the logs are in [user_home]/Library/Logs/beaTunes, not in /Library/Logs/beaTunes. The problem is, that since version 10.7, OS X hides the user-specific Library folder from you. Finder simply does not show it. But it does exist and you can still navigate there.

    In Finder, simply hold down the Shift and Command (Apple) keys while pushing the G key. Then enter ~/Library/Logs and in the open Finder window you should see the beaTunes folder. In there you will find the beaTunes logs.
