    Hi,

sorry for the late reply. Which version of beaTunes are you using?
If you are not using 3.5.5 or later, please update, start and restart beaTunes. Does this help?

    Thanks,

    -hendrik

Hm... Can you please send me your logs?

Please see http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-... for details - whole folder, zipped.

    Thanks!

Does this problem persist, when you pause the running analysis?

Try starting beaTunes, wait till it's fully started, stop any analysis that might be going on, switch to another program and then back to beaTunes. In the status bar beaTunes should indicate that it is syncing. Now wait till that message disappears (i.e. do not switch to another program). Does this procedure lead to a successful sync?

    Thanks

Oh - and btw - you can delete all those gc-... files from your log folder. They are just taking up space right now.

    Hi Bernhard,

But you saw the "sync..." message in the status bar (bottom of main window) and let it sync? Does manual syncing (through the File menu) help?

In any case, can you please send me a fresh set of logs?

    Thanks,

    -hendrik

I only sync manually, 'coz of the 77k songs. The dialog comes up for 1 or 2
steps of the gauge and then disapears.
Here is the log-zip... The line 42986 looks interesting. It's not a integer
    overflow, is it?

Hm.. I can't see anything special in line 42986. What exact timestamp are you referring to?

That aside, it looks like the database may be in a bad state.
Please place the attached file into C:\Users\Bernhard Lauber\AppData\Local\tagtraum industries\beaTunes\database and restart beaTunes.

beaTunes should then attempt to rebuild the database (this only works for beaTunes 3.5.5 and later).

    Hope this helps,

    -hendrik
