playing songs

To whom it may concern:

I just purchased the Beatunes 3.5 and now it has analyzed all the songs and it's not playing the songs.  It won't open any song to play it.  What is wrong?   Please let me know what to do.  Thank you.

if you experienced a crash or other abnormal behavior, you might want to attach log files from C:\Users\Sunroom computer\AppData\Local\tagtraum industries\beaTunes\logs

    Music is not playing when I am on the Bea tunes . I am having trouble
    navigating the whole system, but I am not getting any music to play and it
    seems like it is locked .I had to shut the system down this morning because
    it was stuck on something new that I received - something about moods and
    clicking on what mood I want the music to set. I tried it and it froze the
    system.

    beaTunes is not meant to be a music player - iTunes or other programs do a much better job at that. However, it should also definitely not hang.

    How are you trying to play music... I.e. what particular dialog/functions are you using?

    Do you have something in English. Seriously , I stated I don't understand
    the program and you send me to a site that is in a foreign language..to me!
    It makes no more sense than the program does. I need a simply set of basic
    direction .. I would like a refund for the program . I can't use it , I
    don't understand it and I have no one to help me . an I am unable to reach
    anyone in "help " to assist me.
