My beatunes seems to be stuck whilst 'synchronising with music library'

What can I do?

    Which OS are you on?
    Mac or Windows?

    Hi David,

This may be a known issue on first sync (per app start) that will probably be solved in the next minor update.

For now I can only recommend to turn off sync on window activation (in beatunes prefs), then restart beaTunes. When you see the mood estimation dialog (may take a while to show up), choose to not have that dialog shown again. Then turn sync on window activation back on.

    Hope this helps,
