Beatunes 3.5 not detecting new music
Since my most recent upgrade to the full release 3.5, Beatunes isn't detecting any music that I have since added to itunes - I have reinstalled restarted, made sure beatunes pointed at the correct Itunes library folder and nothing.

Have you tried a manual sync, via the File menu?

Sure have. Noticed that it states 'synchronizing library' at the bottom of the screen. Though having left it overnight the message remains.
Eventually I have to kill the program.

I am experiencing the same issue. No new music is appearing in beatunes. I haven't tried uninstalling beatunes or deleting the database preferences/application support directories etc... I am worried this will destroy all my 3.5 colour info along with bpm data etc...
I am running OSX 10.7.2 and iTunes 10.5.3 (3)
There is an OS update to OSX 10.7.3
I will try updating, making a backup of my beatunes database and then removing it to start fresh then report back.

Oh..
And could you please try http://www.beatunes.com/download/beaTunes-3-5-2-SNAPSHOT-osx.dmg - it contains a change that may have something to do with the issue.

I have attached logs as requested.
The new 3.5.2 snapshot seems to sync the library correctly. I installed and nothing new appeared. After clicking "Synchronize" the process completed successfully and new files appeared in Beatunes. I will add more and check that this was not just a once off success.

beaTunes apparently gets stuck on deleting a playlist during sync. This may be a sign for a corrputed internal database (beaTunes').
If you don't have anything valuable in that database, the easiest solution is to simply delete it. See http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/beatunes-does-not-start... for details.
Also, I noticed you ran out of memory several times. This can lead to database corruption. Please read http://www.beatunes.com/beatunes-outofmemoryerror.html
