hello! New Matchlist option does not work, what to do to fix this? please

    I select a title, then I click on the icon (NewMatchlist) and nothing happens

    Hi Marc,

    unfortunately that one file does not give me the complete picture.
    Also, please start beaTunes, stop any analysis that may be running, attempt to create a MatchList and then shut down beaTunes. Then, please zip the entire logs folder and send it to me.

    this is certainly not the whole logs folder.
    Are you a licensed user?

    Marc,

    the logs clearly show that have used an illegally obtained license key.
    I suggest you purchase a license before you ask for help.

    One thing that maybe is germane to this discussion, there's no OnMouseClick activity when one clicks on the New Matchlist button. I know that until I made it a point of paying attention to this, I'd frequently hit the button multiple times expecting some sort of program response, only to be rewarded with multiple New Matchlist windows popping up approximately 3-5 seconds later. FYI.

    My concern is that when I click on the icon in question, after having selected a track of course, it obscured then passed on again a few seconds, but nothing happens. at the beginning of my purchase and everything works fine then the program has a bug during operation newmatchlist, I force my mac to put out and since this function does not work anymore.

    Marc,

    easily done - simply state your paypal transaction id (you'll find that in your receipt) along with the purchase email address, date of purchase and you're good to go.

    I frankly, I don't even mind if you purchase today - I just refuse to support illegal licenses.

    Hi Marc,

    thanks for purchasing a legal license.
    To get rid of the old one, open the file ~/Library/Preferences/com.tagtraum.beatunes.plist with the Property List Editor app. Then find and delete the entries /com/tagtraum/beatunes/registration.email.3 and /com/tagtraum/beatunes/registration.name.3. Then save the file.
    If you don't have Property List Editor installed, please simply delete that file while beaTunes is not running.

    Then download and install the latest beaTunes version from the website. Attempt to run it. Register it with your new license. If you see the problem again, please send me a fresh set of logs.
