Communication with iTunes fails, I use Mac OS X 10.6.8

I installed beaTunes, the serial too.
I let beaTunes to work for 3-4(?) always re-ask me to analyze and inspect many songs: I let it do many times, always the same without beaTunes recorded my decisions.
but the even greatest problem is that now iTunes is like just installed and it doesn't "see-find" anymore my songs, the playlists I made: nothing at all.
where-what did I make false?
thanks for your reply
best regards

    Hi Pietro,

beaTunes supports two kinds of libaries:

    • iTunes based ones
    • file system based ones

    Which kind did you choose?

To find out, please open the beaTunes general preferences, look for the library name and check whether that name starts with iTunes or with FileSystem.
