I found a post with someone with the same problem
I am using 3.0.4 BeaTunes when I start up the program i get a Fatal Error....
Schema evolution Failed : org.h2.jdbc.JdbcSQLException:General error:"java.lang.NullPointerException";SQL statement: ALTER TABLE Songs ALTER COLUMN play Frequency Double as ((cast(play Count as Double) 60 60 24 100 /(abs(datediff('Second',date added, now ())) +1)) [50000 - 159]......

than I get a second error.....
Schema versions don't match
Required : 19
Found : 18

I am installing 3.0.3 and then upgrading to 3.4. I just wanted to start asking now incase it doesn't work. My beatunes 2 isn't working now either. Don't know if its because i am using an external network drive as my library?..

    Hi,

using 3.0.3 is the right approach.
Switching back and forth between beaTunes 2 and 3 may lead to data loss and is therefore a bad idea.
