Bea Tunes measures not applied to itunes

Hi,
i have a problem with beatunes (Windows7). Let me explain what I'm doing step by step:
- I enter itunes - I enter beatunes - Now I run the inspection - beatunes shows several problems like "missing files" (I know these files are missing and I want them to be removed from itunes) - Finally I tell beatunes to solve the problem by deleting the entries like proposed from beatunes - I quit beatunes

Unfortunately I still have the dead links afterwards in itunes and when I run the inspection again the same "missing files" are again listed.

   thanks for the latest log. Can you please zip the entire logs folder and send it my way? In the latest one, I unfortunately can't see any solutions commits.

    Hi Jan,

    I can't find any trace of you actually committing the solutions the inspection found.
    This may simply be lost in the logs, but I want to make sure you understand how beaTunes works:

    • first you run the inspection
    • you select solutions to whatever issues you want solved
    • once you selected all the solutions you are interested in, you go to "Pending Solutions" (or "Ausstehende Lösungen" in German), selectable in the tree panel on the left of the window
    • in that view you can again inspect, what kind of solutions you have selected and then commit them (button upper right corner)
    • only then the solutions are applied

    Is this what you did or did you not commit your solutions?

    If this is what you did, please start up beaTunes again, perform this one thing (i.e. run inspection, select solutions, commit solutions, shut down beaTunes) and send me the whole logs folder again.
