eRROR lOADING bEATUNES 3 - PAID

When i start beatunes 3 this is the message i get see attachment Log1

I have attached all logs has error doesnt specify which one

Please advise

pps I HAVE TRIED LOADING ALL THE LOGS AND IT WONT WORK - IT CRASHES
PLEASE BE PACIFIC HAS WHICH LOG YOU NEED

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I couldn't find any attached logs - just the error message as Word document.

    Please see http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-... for information on how to find and send logs.

    Hi Luke,

    thanks for the log files. It seems that a couple of the log files are missing - unfortunately, these are the more relevant one. Can you please simply zip/compress the whole logs folder and send it?

    If you are having trouble zipping files, http://www.top-windows-tutorials.com/how-to-zip.html might be helpful.

    This is everything i have with regards to logs.
    The first zip is from the following location (119.6kb)
    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\.beaTunes\logs
     
    The second Zip (2.8MB) is from
    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\tagtraum industries\beaTunes\logs
     
    Please advise

    Hi Luke,

    thanks for the logs. The seconds one was the one I'm interested in.

    It unfortunately looks like your database got corrupted due to an application crash. Any chance you can send me your database files please? To do so, please zip up the directory C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\tagtraum industries\beaTunes\database\. Perhaps some of the data can still be saved.

    When you say "database" is corrupted - will i still be able to re analyze all songs

    I'll take a look at whether anything from your current beaTunes database can still be saved and get back to you tomorrow.

    Hi Luke,

    I was able to restore some of the information contained in your database.
    Please delete all files starting with beaTunes-47AA2AB6C5D3B38F in your database directory. Then place the file http://www.beatunes.com/download/beaTunes-47AA2AB6C5D3B38F.h2.db.zip in the database folder and unzip it. beaTunes should now be able to start up again.

    Sorry, you lost some data here.

    PS: By checking Embed non-iTunes fields in the general preferences, you can ask beaTunes to embed values for keys, colors etc. That way those values are not only stored in the database and you have some sort of backup.
