fatal error
Hi This is the second time I receive a fatal error message when
trying to open Beatunes. Last time I restarted the computer &
everything seams to work again. This time I tried everything even
and update and still I have the same issue.
(check attachment) Thank you for your help

Hi Bruno,
sorry for the late reply - I´m currently on vacation.
Please send me your logs (http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-...) - I´ll have a look at them next week.
Thanks,
-hendrik

Just registered BeaTunes 3. While attempting to commit corrections chosen after BeaTunes inspection, I have twice received a FATAL ERROR message (ran out of TM memory). Please help.

Hi Bruno,
it looks like your database got corrupted. The easiest way to get beaTunes to work again, is to delete the database, i.e. in your case the folder
/Users/diegoperezolave/Library/Application Support/beaTunes/Database/
. Unfortunately, this also means that all data in that database (key, color, etc.) will be lost - unless you have embedded that stuff into the files themselves (checkbox in beaTunes General Prefs).Hope this helps,
-hendrik

Terry,
please open a separate discussion and send me your logs. http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-... tells you how to find them and send them.
Thanks,
-hendrik
