java.io.IOException: Error writing request body to server

I keep trying to begin analyzing my library (16000 songs), but it will only manually detect the attributes (when I disable the database connection options). I have no plug ins for it, and just purchased today. Bummed. This is the error message: "java.io.IOException: Error writing request body to server". I would like to use the database feature, as that was one f the main reasons for my purchase. What to do?!

    Btw- I am using Mac version 2.1.20 and I forgot to mention the first part of the message: "Failed to use online resources" which is followed by the message previously stated above. If it matters I am also using iTunes version 10.2.2

    Hi,

    well, that's weird as the server should be running fine again.. Could you please clear your analysis queue, start analysis anew, shut beaTunes down once the error occurs and then send me your logs? http://help.beatunes.com/kb/troubleshooting/where-are-the-beatunes-... tells you how to do that.
