    Hi Richard,

I'm not sure which button you are pressing, but be assured, that you don't need to pay to download the trial copy. This trial copy turns into the real thing, once you enter the registration code in the program itself.

You seem to have purchased a key for the windows version. Please visit http://www.beatunes.com/download-jre-win.html and the download should start automatically. If not, please use the link provided on that page.

Thanks and have a great Sunday!

the bpm is inaccurate. i tried the tap beat feature (which i could do by myself on a desk) and the results vary widely from the calculation on ur site ( which takes a long time)

    Hi,

The BPM from the online database is crowd sourced and not checked manually.
You can reach the best results by turning use online resources off, selecting the Rayshoot algorithm and pre-selecting a BPM range of 70-140.

it is still of variable accuracy. the tap beat is most accurate.. but manual of course.
i was hoping i could get the bpm before being the songs so i could prepare my workouts

Unfortunately BPM detection is not an absolutely correct science. That said, the Rayshoot algorithm should get most BPMs right, most mistakes should be double/half mistakes.
