I Looked over your knowledge base articles and non of them apply
to me, We purchased Beatunes in 2006 and have been using for some
time. However after a recent drive change (we moved to a larger
hard drive), the app does not run and there are no log files or
folders, except for the beatunes.app file in the application
folder. Attatched is a picture of the screen error, There is no Log
file and no other beatunes folders on the hard drive. Please

somehow the screenshot hasn't made it. Could you please attach
it using the web interface?
