<em>not</em> running).<br>
Perhaps that already solves the problem.</p>

<p>i double check the files security settings<br></p>
<p>sharing & permissions<br></p>
<p>read & write in all my files<br></p>
<p>but beatunes always say that there is no posible to save the
information .</p>

<p>I can't say without looking at the logs. There is an entry in
the knowledge base of the support forum that describes where to
find the logs and how to send them.</p>
