<p>beaTunes communicates with iTunes through something called a COM
object. However, for some reason this fails, because beaTunes can't
get hold of this COM object. Perhaps iTunes didn't install
correctly.</p>
<p>The only thing left that I can suggest is to re-install iTunes.
I.e. go to <a href=
"http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/">http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/</a>
and download and install a fresh version. Then restart your
computer before trying beaTunes. Maybe that fixes the problem.</p>

If so, well - start iTunes and accept any license it may want you
to accept.<br>
Then start beaTunes and check whether you still get the same error
message.</p>
