Cannot install discogsgenre-x.y.z.jar

Hi,

I just upgraded Beatunes and tried to install the discogsgenre-x.y.z.jar plugin and it cannot locate the plugin. This is something I need so any help would be much appreciated.

   what version of beaTunes did you use to use?
   I assume, now you are using the current one, correct?

   You should be able to simply go to the plugins tab in the preferences.

   • At the bottom there is a table with a tab header: [ Installed | Available ].
   • Please choose Available.
   • There you should see the discogs plugin, version 1.0.1.
   • Select the plugin and click on the [ + ] button below.
   • Restart beaTunes

   And you should be good to go.

   Ok, did a reinstall and that fixed it. the uninstall of v3 probably removed
   them.

    How can i get Discogs to update my genres? I don't see a specific task for
    that?

    It should show up as an analysis task (at the very bottom of the task list, scrolling needed).

    Perhaps https://blog.beatunes.com/2018/05/new-plugin-import-discogs-genre.html helps...
