Is there any plugin? or should i make or modify something myself?

There is currently no plugin to copy BPM to grouping, as BPM is supported by most players.
May I ask, what you need this for?

the serato dj or scratch live doesn't support decimal bpm points on bpm sort list. It's like
96 96 97 98
but i want to see the bpm has decimal points. like
96.3 96.3 96.4 96.5
so I plan to copy bpm data which has decimal points like 96.4 to comments or grouping session. and i really don't want this process by hand.
that's what i want

There is a keyToGrouping sample plugin in GitHub. I guess you could customize that.

I looked up things you linked. but i have no idea about programming knowledge. so i'm not gonna make it.
Is it hard work to make that plugin for me or people who has same issue about bpm? If it could would be great

It's not hard at all, but I unfortunately don't have the time... If you have a buddy who knows how to program in Java, it should be easy for him/her.
