last.fm plugin modification
I'm trying out the last.fm plugin. Ideally I'd have tags from AMG (allmusic) scraped but last.fm seems to be the only option. Unfortunately many of the tags for songs are inappropriate/comical/stupid. It might work better for me if instead of it grabbing the song's tags, it grabbed the artist tags. I think it would be less likely to return undesirable results.
I don't program in java and can't modify the source code. Is this something that the developer can easily do?
Does anyone have any work arounds for scraping AMG?

Depending on the Last.FM API a developer could do this.
Regarding the AMG stuff... I guess someone could write a scraper, but legally that would be questionable.

Any luck on scraping AMG? I have probably put in 12 hours to figure it out to no avail. I have manually entered album ratings for about 10 percent of library and cant handle it anymore. Did you ever find a solution with the last.fm artist tags?
